Everything was great except that when I pointed out a small defect next to the crash repair the first inclination was to explain it away as rock damage and not covered. The insurance paid >$3200 and that is the first thought? All I was expecting was a quick touch up. Black paint of any kind could have done the job.As it was I was not prepared to argue about it but it would have left a bad taste in my mouth. As it turns out it was only a little tape residue so it actually did not need anything and although I would come here again for work this would always be in the back of my mind..

Somehow in the paperwork my phone number ended up being incorrect. When I dropped my car off and got my rental car we corrected and confirmed my phone number and it still wasn’t changed in the system. I was alsmost charged extra days for the rental car because I didn’t get the call saying me car was ready. I was quoted 6 days and it was finished in only 3 so I was very pleased, but it was frustrating to rush to get over there before being charged.

Paint has an orange peel look. Also hear air coming in around drivers door. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was raining. I was given my keys and invoice and no one went to check the vehicle with me. I could not really see the orange peel until today when it wasn't raining. Totally unacceptable customer service and quality of work.
