The body work was excellent. But I had purchased car washes on a card and left it in my car. When I got home the day I picked up my car I discovered that the card was missing. I hope that I can recover the car wash card from Niera’s.

I was pleased that I was kept informed on the progress of
my repair. All of the staff members were helpful and professional.
I was disappointed that there were so many revisions to the completion date. The repair was estimated to take 5 days and ended up being 5 weeks.

Employees are rude and talk to customers with an attitude, and my vehicle was not repaired correctly, but instead of helping me your team made it seem like it was an issue, and even tried to scare me off with more charges. I will never recommend Neiras to my friends or family because people don't deserve to be treated the way I was. Such an awful place to deal with!
