Neiras is top notch! Very kind, caring staff from the two ladies up front to the gentlemen who helped me. They were all very professional and know what customer service is all about. I brought my baby with me when I brought in my car and the staff was gracious enough to come to my seat in the waiting area to complete the paperwork. They made the process quick and easy.
When I picked up my car I was greeted with the same quick service. Aside from the great customer service, my car looked great. The damage was fixed and my car was even cleaned! I cannot even begin to explain how grateful I was that my car was cleaned from the inside out. I felt like I was driving off in a new car! Thank you.
