The repair was completed successfully and turned out great, so I am satisfied in regards with that portion of the work. The only reason I'm not completely satisfied is because when I brought the vehicle, Mike stated that there were marks that could be taken care of as part of the repair due to extra paint that would be available, but it's clearly visible that those spots weren't touched. I believe if your shop decides to offer services without any request that you would do your part and follow through or at least communicate that expectations were not going to be met. Otherwise no complaints, service was good;
