No need to contact me. The question, being binary, means either yes or no. We had to bring back the car because the team forgot to fill the AC compressor with Freon. Because of the secondary trip, I cannot be "completely satisfied". The body work was very good as was the customer service. We are pleased with the work that was done. But because of the requirement to return due to an oversight, is the reason we cannot mark "yes" to completely satisfied. We would use your shop again if there was a requirement to.
