The ladies at the front desk were very Helpful with logging the deductible payment required by the insurance company and the claims payment sent to me from insurance company.
Matt Askins Collision Estimator, treated my small claim repairs as those it’s was a major repair cost and kept me informed when parts were available for the repairs and informed me when my was ready for pickup.
Also my vehicle was returned cleaner then when I dropped it off for repairs

The first time we tried to pick up our vehicle, we had to deal with JC (no longer there) Clint **** and the rude office manager. Both the office manager and Clint need a lesson on how to treat customers. I had to go to the showroom manager Sean and his assistant Tiffany to get my situation resolved. Needless to say we had to make three separate trips and my husband lost a days pay to get it right. We live approx 35 miles from Hendrick that equated into 210 miles. Not to mention the first and second trip when I sent my sick son in law home only to have to turn around to come get me and on the second trip I had to turn around to get my husband. So in total it was about 300 miles not to mention the inconvenience.
