The gentleman who handled my claim was very thorough, and kept me informed throughout the process. The work was completed ahead of schedule, and when I picked up my vehicle, I was happy to see that my 2015 4Runner had not only been expertly repaired, but had been thoroughly cleaned as well, and was looking good as new! Overall a great experience. Brian was very helpful and kept me informed regarding the repair delay due to supply chain issues. The rest of the staff were very helpful as well. Honestly I’m not 100% happy (more like 98% happy) with the repair due to some small aesthetic issues where the reflectors fit in the rear bumper (and there is a small gap between the reflector and bumper on one side). The repair shop did make some adjustments before I picked up my car and the appearance was improved and the gap reduced. Otherwise I was very pleased with the service.
