Every single one of my concerns were met to satisfaction! I was always informed on anything going on with my vehicle. Whether us was from text message or phone call by Hunter. If anything had to be informed right away regarding my vehicle I was notified right away. Everybody was so understanding and helpful couldn’t have asked for a better place to fix my vehicle !

Todd Beaver is an excellent rep of the Hendrick family. There was a very bumpy start to my experience (a tow truck brought our car in and no one could seem to find it in the lot). Requested oil change and tire rotation. Invoice specifies tire rotation was deleted. When I called to inquire about the service, I was told the service was completed but an incorrect code was entered. When asked for proof that the service I requested was completed, the service rep was rude. I don’t appreciate the treatment I received when calling to get clarification.
