The Tesla’s camera does not work, since we picked it up. Also, there is now a crack in the windshield, that was not there originally. When we received the car back, the Tesla emblem was missing. When we asked about it, it was determined that it was on the front seat and had to be re-attached. Finally, we were not receiving any updates about the process of the repair, unless we reached out to get updates.

The car was very dusty on the inside after returned to us. I recommend doing a wipe down at least, for us it was really noticeable since it was brand new.

While Tesla's parts stock is awful, Hendrick and Ben did an amazing job navigating through Tesla's poor service and got my car back to me faster than anyone else probably could have.
