The communication was terrible. I would get messages telling me that my car was going to be done on time. And the day came when it was supposed to be done. I called Kevin, the one in charge of my car’s repairs and he was pretty rude on the phone with me and told me I would have to wait until Monday to pick it up. Fine, but Monday rolled around and by 1pm I had not heard anything so I had my husband call because I did not want to speak to Kevin again. He said my car would be done later. Around 3, he called me and told me it would be done at 5:30. We show up at 5:30. My car is nowhere to be seen. Front desk lady asks if we had confirmation that my car was finished because she didn’t have the keys. We told her that we were told it would be ready at 5:30. She told us to have a seat and that they’d probably pull it around soon. We wait for 17 minutes in the lobby, which was 13 minutes before closing time. Still no sign of my car. A nice man finally offers to go look for it for us and luckily we got our car back. Communication could have been much better. I went over a week without my car.
