It took 13 days rather than the 5 I was told to expect. The repair itself seems fine but very unhappy about the 13 days for what was a simple bumper repair. I wanted the Honda place where I purchased my CRV to repair other than a body shop, why I was willing to add 200 miles for repair as this is where Stevenson Hendrick Honda directed me. Had a body shop less than 10 miles from my home.

The passenger side window in the door that was replaced moves really slow as if the window motor is about to die.. never had that problem before. Other than that my car looks great and the staff was very friendly. I didn’t realize the window was slow until days after I picked it up.
