Initially I was concerned that the replacement rear hatch wasn't hung correctly. the top edge of the hatch was lower than the roof line and the lower edge of the hatch was almost rubbing on the bumper cover. When I pointed out the discrepancy they acknowledged what I observed and took the sub back and readjusted the hatch so that the lines were as they should have been.
Overall, this was very "painless" to me. I'd bring my car to J. J. Chevrolet again without hesitation

The initial repair for which the car was taken in, was done to our satisfaction, however, there was a rather deep scratch on the opposite side which was not there when the car was taken in. This was discussed with Stan, in repair and he suggested we try to buff it out with fine sandpaper. If that did not meet our satisfaction, he asked us to contact him again.
