This was my first experience with Jimmie ****'s. I have been happily using a different Chevy dealer here in San Diego for the past 20 years and only used Jimmy ****'s on this occasion because of an insurance referral. From beginning to end I was extremely impressed with the service I received through Jimmy ****'s. Mike kept me informed throughout the repair process to provided options with pros and cons to help me make key repair decisions. The entire staff was professional and the quality of work was outstanding. I did not know the level of service that I was missing out on by remaining at my old dealership.
