I cannot remember the name of the person who checked me in, maybe Dave? I dropped my car off at closing but he took his time explaining the process and reassuring me I would get ongoing updates and he was true to his word. again at pick up - also at closing after I got off work, the woman who returned my car, again can’t remember her name, did not make me feel rushed at all. You have an exceptional customer service focus!

You guys were amazing. You went above and beyond to make this experience a good one. You always kept me updated so I never had to worry about what was happening with my car. You had the rental waiting there clean and ready for me. When my car was finished it looked like nothing happened and was cleaner than when I dropped it off.
