Jeremy was great to work with. He had great communication skills and is patient with answering any questions a client may have.
One avenue of advice: Martha at the front desk needs to be friendly with all the clients. A smile goes a long way!

Communication was an issue. It took 43 days to repair the car. I purchased the additional collision insurance for my rental car because I was under the impression that it would take no more than two weeks for the work. The rental car insurance cost me approximately $1500 dollars. Getting an accurate estimate of when the work would be finished was extremely difficult. Actually, despite my requests I never did get an estimate of how long it would take to repair the car just notification when it was finished. If I had known it was going to take so long I wouldn't have gotten the rental car.

There was no communication on the amount of time my car would be with HLC. I had to call and request that and was told the panel had not arrived. Then, I got a text on a random Friday confirming that my car had been picked up. So I called and was told it was ready. And then got a text an hour or so later telling me the car was ready. There is a scratch on a panel that was supposed to be repaired and wasn't and I have to take it back in.
