I was not happy with how the vehicle was cleaned after the repairs were made. There was dust and dirt in the interior of the car as if the windows were down the entire time the car was at the shop. Although there was a charge of 25 for cleaning, I'm my opinion there wasn't 25 worth of cleaning done.
I was also told the car was ready on one day and I went to retrieve the vehicle only to find out that one of the repairs that was listed (Replaced mirror) was replaced with my old mirror which still contained scratches. (I was told the next day that it was replaced with a like new mirror and repainted).

Paul and I have discussed. My car was almost perfect with the exception of 3 items.
****. There are small bubbles/flecks in the paint. Paul saw these and will address with detailed wet sanding.
2. The trunk lid does not close flush with rear panel on passenger side. Paul saw and will have that adjusted.
3. The rear spoiler needs to be touched up/repainted. There were a number of scratches on the spoiler that were not there prior to the accident. Paul said they reused the existing spoiler and moved from damaged trunk lid to new trunk lid. Again, Paul saw and will address next week.
My hope is this will all be addressed next week. Paul did pay for a minor repair to my center armrest. That was a nice touch. But the other issues will need to be fixed. Paul was great and kept me informed during the 22 day repair.
