Communication was not the best. Car was supposed to be ready in 3 days and it took 2 weeks. I had to call several times to ask for updates and was often told the only person that could tell me updates was not there. The day I went to pick up my car I called and I was told my car wouldn’t be “released” bc they couldn’t confirm that USAA had waived my deductible. Very frustrating to be told I wasn’t allowed to pick up my own car after 2 weeks. I eventually called USAA myself and sat on hold while USAA called you guys to tell you yes, my deductible was waived.
