I only had contact with two people. With the COVID-19 pandemic, this was a benefit, the receptionist and the person who took photos and gave me the estimate. They were both professional and friendly. From the time I dropped my truck if I was greeted with immediate friendliness and helpful actions. I mean I had just been in an accident so their politeness helped a lot. The communication with the collusion center was pristine I received daily updates on the progress of the repairs being done to my truck. I was able to drop off my rental there as well so I didn't have to run around and mess with that. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience there and will from now on be taking my truck back there.

With keeping the Coonavirus outback into consideration, it took way too long to get parts. But there was no updated communication on the status. I'd have to drive to the Hendricks Collision Center too get updates. A customer shouldn't need to do that.
