Jerod’s repair work was superb, and his professionalism and cooperation was appreciated. He is a fine representative of Hendrick Collision. I live several hours from Concord and he and the office staff were helpful in scheduling repair work and notification of the car rental agency. Overall, it was an A+ experience.

I just realized my back window tint was not replaced. My car came standard with tint when I purchased it. My window was smashed in the accident and it was replaced but the tint wasn't put back on. Other than that, it went well

While my car was under there care , cars was broken into and stolen . My car happen to be one of them . They didn’t not tell me . I eventually went to pick my car up and noticed how messy it was ,like someone had ramshacked my vehicle. I also noticed items was missing . I then called them and they then clarified what happened. It has been months I been emailing and calling about my things being replaced that they said they would replace but NOTHING has been replaced . That’s so unprofessional. I don’t know whether it’s to late to make a police report of not but I will look into it .
