Didn’t meet deadlines due to having to wait for a $5 clamp oem part for the muffler. The person who had to come put the “wrap” back on the car did not show up the day he was scheduled and was 30 min late the following morning. Was supposed to be completed 12/12- I had to call twice for updates, the same for 12/13 I had to call twice and then that night I got a text stating it would be completed on 12/15, I was told via phone it would be ready on 12/13 but it was not completed until 12/14. I told the John at the shop I needed to have the car by noon as I was scheduled to leave town at noon 12/14 but could not take the rental car out of the state, he said he would call me as soon as it was ready, but I finally called at 4pm and they said it was ready. It was after 4pm when I got my car but obviously I was not able to leave at noon as planned.

The repair was not timely or workmanlike.
We are still waiting on new parts to replace the ones they broke during installation, so we can’t give feedback on the final outcome. Besides those issues, there were paint and epoxy drips in various places; and the interior of the car was *much* dirtier than it had been when we dropped it off.
The car was returned to us with a non-functioning rear camera.
This is the second repair the shop has done on our Tesla. In both cases, they set expectations that we would wait for months for the parts to be shipped and said that was a Tesla issue. In both cases, we called Tesla and were given FedEx tracking numbers that we then had to provide to the shop to get them to acknowledge that the parts were in their possession.
Needless to say, we aren’t pleased with the service. The shop is 10+ miles from our house, so the only reason we make the trip is because it is the only Tesla-certified repair shop in the area.
