I had never heard of ServiceKing before Tesla sent me there. Service writer Tom Collins stayed late one Saturday to get me an estimate, kept in touch with me the whole time and went out of his way to make it a great experience. The text updates made it a more modern experience than your typical old-school body shop as well. Outstanding!
