Positives ... people are nice and you delivered the vehicle ahead of schedule. Negatives ... I think the person who quoted the job lied to me. I had two quotes. Your quote was $180 higher. I called to discuss with the person who quoted the job to understand why and see if you would match the competitors price. The person I spoke with said the reason your quote was higher is that my car requires a multi step paint process that takes 3 to 4 days and that the fee was higher because your labor hours are higher ... and that this is required to do the job right. I chose to go with you because I value quality over price. So here's the rub ... I dropped of the car on Mon morning and got a call on Wed morning saying it's ready for pickup. Clearly your process wasn't as represented. The work looks fine but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I think I just overpaid by $180.

I am very unhappy with the service you provided as the repair is incomplete. Both times I brought my car in and spoke with your representatives, you promised me you would fix the trailer hitch electrical adapter that was damaged in the accident, but you did not fix it. So I assume you probably did not even test to see if it works as I asked. Also, the plastic guard on top of the hitch that was damaged during the accident does not seem well secured and I am concerned it will become loose and fall off. I will discuss my concerns with my insurance company, USAA, as this is just not adequate at all.
