Sloooooooooow!!! Vehicle not ready when promised. Original date was much longer than expected, car was not ready until one week later than that, because you ordered the wrong part, yesterday informed me car would be done at 5pm, when I re-checked today you pushed me to 5:30, and when we arrived to pick it up at 5:30 pm it was not ready to go until 7:15 pm. At this point I have not even seen the vehicle. I sure hope your workmanship is better than your customer service. Can’t say I’m too optimistic about this. Allstate will be getting my full report.

My initial inspection was disappointing. Both doors were out of alignment and the back door window would stick when rolled up. Also the paint is heavily orange peeled as compared to the rest of the cad. How ever Robert was more than willing to fix the mechanical items while I waited. He also promises to color sand the paint a 3 weeks. I hope all be well in a few weeks.

Had the car in service for three weeks, several days longer than the latest date they promised to finish the work. Then was told by Gito that he would get the garage door opener from rental car and hold for us there, but got a call from Enterprise that it was now at their branch which is far from us, adding an extra trip.
