No updates had to call to get any type of update had vehicle almost 3 weeks before I got an update. Then was told parts came wrong which im sure may have happened but no call to say hey we will have your car longer or nothing

After windshield replacement and painting of chipped paint, our seat belt pretensioners on the side pillars were jammed and do not function. Also, a part for inside the headliner (they had to remove headliner) was left on floor. It is some kind of guide plate. We are quite disappointed that the technicians did not do adequate inspection of components after reassembly and ensuring parts were not left in the car. We also had paint overspray on our dash which I personally removed. For $4,000 we would expect better work. Randy Dickinson ****-****-xxxx.

One other note - While the damage was originally determined to be a body issue, I appreciated service department's willingness to assess the sensors and determine if the vehicle was drivable while we waited for the arrival of the damaged parts.
