This is the second repair we have had done there. The first required 3 return trips to get the car right. Even then the car wasn't 100% I just got tired of having to drive in, then get a rental and swap car seats etc. If they didn't have a monopoly in Columbus I'm not sure I would've taken the 4Runner there as it was picked up by the wife today and it's got scratches, scuffs and dust in the paint. As a hobby fabricator with family that restores classics I find these mistakes to be unacceptable and fairly amateur. Additionally I was left one message complaining that I had been unreachable all day...in reality I had spoken with Brandon and 2pm who had told me the car would be ready 3-5 and he'd call them. First call I got was at 5:06. After they closed. And I was 15-30 minutes away minimum and not off work yet. The condescending voicemail from the lady secretary was unfounded, invalid and unprofessional. Lastly when the wife picked it up there was tire shine in the interior of the car. I certainly appreciate the detailing efforts but overspray into the interior? Cmon guy. Positive words for the male receptionist robert. Good dude trying to make things right and being a professional. Thanks to Brandon for trying to make things happen.
