I just wrote to Pedro Juarez (as listed on the 3D website) to express my frustration with the lack of communication and feeling like the staff was completely annoyed with me any time I called. I am copying and pasting that message here for reference: Dear Pedro, I just got home from picking up my 2015 CMax from your Conshohocken location and I wanted to take a moment to let you know about the customer service I received. I have been incredibly frustrated by a lack of communication about my vehicle. The front desk person with whom I spoke several times seemed annoyed each time that I was calling to ask the status of my repairs. The automated texts I received told me that work was scheduled to be completed on Wednesday, June 12. I called on June 11 to confirm that was still the case and the woman at the front desk (I believe her name is Jenice, my apologies if it is not) was annoyed that I would call and told me yes, my car was scheduled to be done the following day and she would call me. When it was solidly afternoon on the day I was supposed to be able to pick up my car, I called again and only then was I told that there had been an issue with the bumper which pushed back the completion date. At this point, Jenice assured me that my car would be done the next day (June 13) and that she would call me. With this information, I arranged flexibility with work for today, Friday, June 14 to be able to go and pick up the car. Again, I heard nothing from your staff and had to call in where Jenice, again clearly annoyed to be answering my questions, told me my car was just finishing quality checks and would be done at the end of the day and that she would call me. At this point, I drove to the 3D location in conshohocken to either pick up my car or be turned away in person because I did not feel like I was being taken seriously as a customer. After some scrambling, my car was brought out and Jenice made a comment in passing to the man who handed her the key that he had “made her day,” implying that dealing with me as a customer was a hassle. While this comment was made between two colleagues and likely not intended to be heard by me it unfortunately was, and affirmed by belief that I was merely an annoyance to Jenice. Feeling my welcome was clearly worn out, I checked out and quickly got on the road home, very happy to be back in my own car. As I was driving, I noticed a couple grease handprints on the interior that I had not seen in my haste to put this whole accident ordeal behind me. I am attaching photos of the grease handprints on the driver side windshield casing and fabric ceiling for your reference. To now have to clean my own car (or potentially pay someone else to help as I don’t know what will get out auto grease from fabric) after being told on multiple occasions that it was being detailed and that is why the car was not ready yet is just adding insult to injury. Being in a car accident is a very jarring experience and that trauma was only prolonged by feeling overlooked and greeted with annoyance each time I tried to get information regarding my repair process. And the grime handprints are just the cherry on the sundae of this frustrating experience. I thank you for you taking the time to read this email and hope that my experience might be able to help future customers recommended into your garage through State Farm have a more pleasant and respectful experience.

they gave me an estimated pickup date and kept saying everything was on time, on the date i expected my truck i get a phone call saying it wouldn't be ready but would be ready friday, come Friday i get a call saying Monday or Tuesday, come Tuesday i call and was told it was in quality and control and would be done before the end of the day, needless to say it wasn't. they called Wednesday daid truck was ready, went to pick it up they had to take it to the back to replace turn signal bulb that was originally out when i brought it in. grant it, older vehicle not expecting new parts but also not expecting an extra week of torture either. poor communication, great work, just poor communication.
