The repair took longer than estimated and although the communication was plentiful, it became confusing and contrary to what I was told over the phone causing me to show up for pickup first thing in the morning. The car was not ready until 11:00 that day.

It took about 33 days to get my car fixed and my insurance only covered me for a rental for 30 days, so 3D collision covered my rental for the additional days. Couldn’t even tell I’d been in an accident. I’m especially glad that they washed my car & vacuumed the inside of my car.
