I am extremely unhappy with your failure to accept my check in payment for the repair. If this is your policy, you must advise your customer BEFORE he or she comes to pick up the vehicle.

I took my car back to Gross and Sons for a third time….because they did such a great job the first two accidents. Again, they were so meticulous and very detail-oriented. They made every effort to repair my original parts. Where they couldn’t, they replaced them with Honda parts. My one year old red Odyssey looks sparkly new again! These folks washed my car, but also cleaned the inside of my van. Three weeks was a bit to wait, but well worth it! Many thanks to Adam, this time.
