Took car in. Minor repair damage. Week most. I wash Called the 4th day saying car would be ready the next day. Then later that day got a call that the car would not be ready. Found bumper was broken . Said had to order bumper. A d would have my car ready on Tuesday. Called as I had not heard anything. Told part had not come . Then someone else came on phone saying the part came inbut was broken . Had to reorder. I felt I was getting the run around. A small repair ending up being 2 weeks without my car. Was pleased with the work done on my car but disappointed with the public relations.

You replace the rear bumper but never straightened it up (bent brackets?). Then I noticed you painted over the gouged out metal on the truck bed. Lazy lazy work. Very poor quality and apparently poor work ethic on someone's part to even think of sending a product like that out the door. Very dissatisfied.
