Dealings with Karli was challenging. In her defense I don’t think she was experienced. Also, from start to finish it didn’t seem like info was passed from one person to another at your dealership. Very frustrating.

I understand that the part was delayed, but I felt I wasn’t kept in communication and I had to reach back to find out when the part actually arrived which delayed the repair. Once the repair was done unfortunately there was somethings still wrong but thankfully now all this resolved, I can share more if contacted. I have to say I do think Justin provided good customer service but I don’t think that’s who ended up doing the final work.
