Not all the new parts were put on my car and no one even told me. I had to discover it for myself after I drove off. The lady at the front desk seems to be the ONLY person who knows or cares about what's going on. I also asked for a sales estimate on my car when I dropped it off. Again, the **** was dropped and I did not have one by the time I left.

I was told a rock chip would be completed with my door service repair and when I reminded Jennifer today, she flat out said she knew nothing about it and she said during my inspection it could be easy to rub out with no problem. Before I finally got the call to get my car repaired she was to fax me quotes and return calls several times and did not do her job. I had to have two other men do her job she to do for my quotes. I was not impressed with the way she conducted business. I had to remind her to have me sign the check over to Greens and she couldn't find it! Until now have loved Greens. Sharon T
