Took vehicle for repairs & thought is was fixed. After a long road trip found out vehicle had same issue with bumper popping out on both sides. Took it back to show Jackie. She ordered couple of parts, set up an appointment & car was completely fixed in day & half. Repairs took longer than expected because had to order parts. No one's fault. Damage was underneath bumper where no one could see with tearing things apart. Green's was very cooperative in allowing Jackie to order parts. I was kept informed every step of the way (great). Your people made this car look as though it just came off the Show Room Floor. Thank all of them very much. I was impressed.

Body works is fine, but by the time I got home , there was antifreeze dripping out of the engine area. Now I need to take it back to your service dept and have it fixed. My time, my Hassle, not happy.

First, they Didn't polish the exhaust bezel that they put into the new bumper -it would have taken 30 seconds. So now I have one shiny new bezel and one dusky gray one. Next, I was very specific about having the service dept fix my driver side seat motor during some down time (there's a lot of down time with body work and my car was there for an entire week). But do you think they did that? No. Ya know, it's the little things that make the difference. I spent $5000 on the body work (no insurance involved), and I get this experience. Shameful!

I was disappointed that when I got there to pick it up that no one came outside to make sure all was ok with me when I was looking at my vehicle. As I was checking out my vehicle I noticed a small crack on the bumper which has to be replaced now. When I received the call and text it was finished and done that should have been noticed by someone there. Mike has taken pictures of that Crack and it will be ordered which I hope will not take long to replace. I didn't realize it would take this long to repair my car. I was told it would be done by June 27th and it wasn't until June 29th. I realize it takes awhile for repairs and I was just really disappointed to see the crack in the bumper piece. Thank you for everything you've done. Everyone there has been very nice courteous and kept me very informed of the work being done. Thank You. I hope to hear about the two parts that have to be replaced soon. Joanna L
