Steve was great throughout the entire process. It was not easy to find the bumper needed for my almost 30 year old car. But he did it!! Myesha is always terrific. Most of all, my car looks PERFECT! Perhaps I am wrong, but because I was the victim and the responsible insurance company, was the "other" insurance company, I feel $5000 for the repair, was a blatant mis-use amount of money for a scratch that I could have probably buffed out myself. Only because my car is leased, did I want this professionally repaired. Again, I could be wrong, but this cost was outrageous.
