When I went to leave from picking up my car. The radio wasn’t working. I walked back in told the staff. Within in a minute I had the whole staff working on the problem. Justin called Honda, someone else came into my car. Before you knew it the problem was solved.

Great job by the service Rep. Matt Eplser and manager John Sursa. They accessed and explained the process for repairing the damage on my car and attended to my needs renting and returning the rental car. In addition, I was running a little late on picking up my car due to traffic and the manager John waited the few extra minutes that I needed to get to the shop. Bless his heart for the wonderful customer service provide of making sure I was satisfied with the repairs. Thank you to everyone in the shop. Unorganized.....in my opinion the first thing that should be done when taking on a job is the timely ordering of parts, and making sure you order all parts at once. The process of fixing my vehicle was delayed. I Was told that parts were new by one person, then told that same part was reconditioned by another employee. The jury is still out on the craftsmanship because I have not had time to inspect properly. At first glance vehicle looks good. Just didn't like the process!

My car looks as good as the day I first brought her home. I am satisfied with the work. The only thing that I would like to pass along would be to maybe cover the seats of the vehichicles while they are being worked on so as to not get the end product on the seats. Other than that...great job!!
