I received my car back with a tire pressure light on. This may be because of removing the tire, however, I didn’t turn it in with a tire pressure light on, so I would hope it wouldn’t be on when returned. Not happy with the amount of dust/white film that was left within the car vents, drive shaft and door handles. Poor communication after personally trying to inquire about how things were coming along. I did like the text alerts, however timely f/u from staff not given. I had to call after 24hrs of waiting for someone to reach out when I got a text alert. Staff for Valle service did a great job and GM did offer for me to return vehicle for corrections at which a rental would be provided if needed for work. Everyone must be very busy and I appreciate the work that has been done. The areas of the accident all look great, thank you for your hard work, just didn’t finish well.

Everyone was very professional. They had the customers best interest at heart. I had to wait a little while for my rental to get there, and they had a few phone calls come through and they way they talked to the customers on the phone, WOW! They listened. They didn't "beat around the ****" and they didn't rush the customers. I wish my employees did that where I work at. 100% professional.
I loved getting the text updates. You can really tell they care!
