Great job and fixed quickly. Did have some issues which could be improved - difficult process when trying to pay without filing insurance claim - very cumbersome process. Could definitely use some improved attitude with customer service - not the warm and fuzzy feeling on the phone. I have had work done there in the past so I returned and recommended another customer go there.

My truck was not repaired properly and a wasted trip and more of my time. The hood still needed to be adjusted to center it and the door latch guard was hanging off. The head liner has grease on it from the repair and the water stain was not addressed .

I had my front bumper, hood, headlights, and radiator replaced by Abra. It is drivable, but the pieces don't match up. The hood hangs over the bumper and doesn't sit flush with the side panels. There are gaps between the headlights and bumper that shouldn't be there. The grill and hood don't match up causing an uneven gap between them. The car isn't very old and is a popular model, I asked for new manufacturer parts and for 4500 in repairs expected everything to fit perfectly. I drove down from Chicago to get my car and wasn't leaving without it. Due to the distance I will be taking my car to a different shop to be reevaluated.

My car has air and dirt bubbles where it was painted.
The windows were so dirty that I could hardly see out of them.
I will be returning the car, and I will need a rental while re-repairs are done. No one offered to look at my car with me or discuss it. I sat in the lobby while one of employees was cussing at his son on the phone. Another employee came over shut the door because it was interrupting the others in the office. I will be contacting State Farm about this. I am deeply offended by this.

The damage to my truck was minor but the shop replaced my bumper and made the truck look great again. The thing I was really impressed with was the fact that when I went to pick up my truck they had washed and cleaned up the interior of my truck. That was unexpected and a pleasant surprise, I will recommend ABRA to my friends and co-workers for that simple fact. The only complaint I would have and it is very minor is that when I dropped off the truck I asked to be called or e-mailed about anything do not text me. I received 4 diffrent texts in two days, rather annoying. Other than that GREAT JOB.
