I never received one single phone call from signature about the status of my car. I had to call them myself on Wednesday . They then told me it was ready for pick up and stated that I needed to pick it up today and if I didn’t, they would charge me extra for the rental car . I refuse to be treated like that and will not be paying anything extra for th rental , due to their negligence .

I pick up my car Saturday and as I was driving down the road a man pulled up beside me and told my I had no Brake Lights. I pulled over and my husband noticed I’m missing the snaps that keeps the inner trunk side panels he reached in a found that the wiring for my brakes wasn’t plugged in. I could have been in another accident or gotten a ticket. I called the collision center and no one answered the phone. I plan on calling Monday to inform them of what happened and have them look for my snaps that need to be put back in my car. Im extremely upset about this.

The delivery date was missed repeatedly. The shop manager gave me his word that my car would be ready the week of 9/4 and I did not get my car back until 10/4. The day after receiving my car I noticed that the controls for passenger window and back windows do not work. This is poor service.
