A part that was placed on my vehicle was the wrong one and placed on incorrectly. Now I know that does type of mistakes can happen, however the disappointment was when I went back and I was told that it was not related to the accident and I was sent to go to BMW to do a diagnostic to see what is wrong with it.

Communication started off well but fell short at the end. Email was sent giving the time the vehicle would be ready. When l called to verify the time that was stated l was told it was not quite ready but someone would call as soon as it was ready. No one called by closing. Next day was July 4. So l called July 5 and was told it would be ready about 1pm. After l arrived l was informed it was ready at 12 noon.
Other than that, l am happy with the work done on the car.
