I received the vehicle on Monday the 21st. The next morning, while in the car wash the drivers side strip, on the rood of the vehicle and the forward facing piece of plastic on mirror of the same side came off. The shop reattached them just an hour later. The hood was not sitting flush. The shop attempted to adjust it but told me that was as far as it would go. Not all damage from the incident was repaired. On the drivers side door, where the broken mirror scratched the door, the paint scratches were no repaired. The paint does not match. The vehicle was also covered in sanding dust, inside and out.
I do appreciate the shop squeezing me in such short notice and supplying me with a rental vehicle when the initial estimated time of completion wasn't fulfilled but I can overlook such discrepancies on a vehicle barely 2 years old. This weekend I will be taking some photos of the above mentioned issues and emailing them to Stevenson Collision and my insurance company to see how we can get this resolved.

Everything was great except the detailing of the vehicle. Had white dust all in the driverside of the floorboard, a white dust film was on the door. There was white dust on the outside of the vehicle also. Not what i expected when i was told my vehicle would be detailed. Looked like the back outside was not even touched.
