The repair happened so quickly, everyone was super nice and very welcoming. Also, this is was my first time having to do anything like this on my own so they were very helpful with educating me on what to do.

Upon inspecting my Mazda CX-9 for departure. I noticed how dirty the exterior was. The tires were wiped with armorall while the rims touching them had a layer of built-up dirt on them, easily seen. Also, there's white powder-like markings on the doors, seats & floorboards. The interior of my, Mazda CX-9, now has a very thick layer of fine powder-like debris that covers from rear carriage to dashboard. The residue has begun to create a dry mouth and throat sensation which is highly uncomfortable and very displeasing to experience. In addition, there was damage created on the door jam. Several, easily seen, scratches are there now. Furthermore, the drivers-side floor mat has some sort of stain that's also easily seen. Needless to say, VERY VERY POOR SERVICE with great customer service! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!!

We were very satisfied with your work except for the cleanup on the 2nd row floor behind passenger side. There were footprints and dirt all over the mat, etc. Outside of car was cleaned, however. Also, throughout the week (including on 11/9), we received emails saying job would be done at 4:18 pm on Thursday, November 9. Close to end of day, we called to double check and found out car wouldn't be done until end of day on Friday, November 10. We had a conflict so were unable to pick car up until Saturday, November 11.
