Omar would text me often to let me know how my car was doing. The text would be in great detail on what state of repair it was at. That was amazing. I never had to call to check the status. If additional issues were found I got a text and a phone call from cooks collision and Omar. That is great serves. I am very impressed with cooks collision. I was referred to cooks by my brother in law. I would definitely recommend cooks collision to everyone out there that needs repair on their vehicle. They did a wonderful job. I got my car back earlier then expected.

Everything was so efficient. From checking in my car, to getting it back, all the notifications about the status of the job... Omar was amazing and so helpful. The work on my car was much quicker than expected and I was more than satisfied with the workmanship. In addition there were some touch ups they added to my car at no charge which was much appreciated. I was very impressed with Cooks. Usually taking your car in for repair is not a pleasant experience... in this case it was!!
