Estimate was completed the same day as I brought it in. There was great communication. While my car was being worked on. I liked the text message updates. Process was simple and easy goin going with Cooks and having State Farm.

I have used Cook's for fleet vehicles for the company I work for and the experience was always completely satisfactory. That is why I decided to use Cook's for my own vehicle. Front right bumper of my car had popped out .
When we dropped the car for repair asked Melissa to give us estimate to repair front right bumper She said most probably it will be fixed free of charge. In order to give estimate they broke the coupling of bumper.Then six hour B4 they called me the car is ready I was given an estimate of 1900.00 charge for repair.
I am under have the imperession I have been taken for a ride. I should not have brought my car there for repair .
I will make aware my insurance what has happened to my car . Will ask them to get it repaired somewhere else .
