Keeping track of my car not so great, though USAA 's roadside assist company and their subcontractor towing company bear the bulk of responsibility by dumping my car at the wrong Cook's facility and thereby 'losing' the car for a day.

Melissa was excellent. She has very good communication skills. I particularly like your system of texting updates and keeping everyone updated. We had a slight problem when the car was delivered that a button turning of the AWD had been pushed when detailing was done and I could not drive the car, they quickly found the issue and resolved it - very good service!
