Carolyn and Alfonso provided excellent customer service. I appreciate the communication and attention to detail. I was surprised upon discovering a ding that the matter was not dealt with on the up and up. All was great until however, upon looking at the jeep before leaving I discovered a ding on the front passenger side that was not noted by cook's, myself, or my husband John before. Alfonso stated that the repairs were done on the other other side." In my experience one walks through to take a look at any vehicle(or any work being done for anything really) before leaving in the case that there is something externally or internally that has happened damage wise.
