Dustin kept me updated & informed by email and text messaging. He was great. In fact, everyone at Cook's is just great in how they handle claims and each other's customers. Erick did the final paperwork and was very helpful. They are a top 10 in all categories.
This is my 4th repair with Cook's and I will always come back and make referrals.

An efficient and profeesiomal experience with a seamless connection to our insurance company ( State Farm).
