I was very happy with the customer service given by Mario. However, what seemed to be a simple repair to my bumper turned into a more complicated issue. The paint wasn’t finished properly as well as the alignment to the bumper. It seemed that the shop simply missed the inspection process of the repair. It required 2 more days of the car being in the shop and an extra trip for the customer. Even after the bumper was finished the second time, there is still a mark on the bumper that shouldn’t be there (looks like a patch of paint that was put on last minute). Overall I don’t feel that the repair restored the car back to its original condition. The people are friendly, but the repair work is subpar.
