I have used Cooks previously and was very satisfied with everything. This time was not the same. I left two msg. with Gabby for Edison to call me and I never heard from him. I wanted to tell him there was a dent and scratches on the hood that were not there wen I brought the vehicle in for repair. Scratched looked like from buffing when detailed. Dent possible from a tool dropped during repair or detailing. Previously I feel Cooks, Barbara, went above and beyond to insure complete satisfaction. I'm not sure why the experience was different this time. I do believe Cooks has a good reputation. This is why I have chosen to bring my vehicle there.

Gabriela and Edison are by far the best example of great customer service. I am so pleased by their attention to detail, patience, and thoroughness in explaining the process, paperwork, and estimate. Each day I was provided with a phone call and text with a status and progress report of my vehicle repairs. This kind of customer service is rare and Edison and Gabriela exemplified how service should be done.
