Everyone in your company is so nice and caring. They make sure that you and your car are ok and want to help however they can. I have never had such an amazing repair shop before and they have a new regular customer now. The bumper cover was repaired and it looked great. However, right after I left the collision center, I noticed that my passenger side mirror was cracked. So I returned to the center to inform them. They said they will order the part and let me know when they would replace it. It would have been nice to have them acknowledge it at the first place.

Everything was done well, personnel were all friendly and helpful, the only thing that wasn't done well was the car wash, there were steaks running down the rear window as if they tested the wiper wth washer fluid but then didn't wipe off the window or rear bumper area, back area. Even the lady who checked me out commented on the poor wash job. Other than that was a good experience and I would recommend your facility.
