The bumper is fine and Aaron (Erin?) was most helpful throughout. Minor problems: The automated e-mail contributed some misinformation and an attempt to get a rental car ended in frustration. But these were computer issues rather than car repair, and we are very pleased with the latter.

Everyone was pleasant, the repair cost seemed reasonable, the repairs were done quickly (minor/moderate rear bumper damage) and look great. The only glitch was at 9 a.m. when I dropped off the car. The office was pretty busy, and I was asked to take a seat and wait. After about 20 minutes, I explained to the busy receptionist/front desk person that I needed to get to a meeting. She then called for back-up and another person processed the drop-off in about 7-8 minutes. I would have been happier had the extra help had been called in sooner.
