You guys were awesome the whole time. Someone badly vandalized my daughters car, and you guys were supportive every step of the way. Well, as I said before, the service was excellent across the board. I’m sorry I didn’t get the young lady’s name that sat to the left just inside the door, but she always greeted me me with a friendly “ hello, may I help you” and she did. And Conrad was on it! He kept me informed of the progress and was right on time. I really appreciated the detailing of my car right down to the tires and rims! My compliments to the guys that did that work, they still look great. Couldn’t be happier with my experience with G&C.

My truck was vandalized and I expected it to be returned to me in the pre-vandalized condition. While I realize we are waiting on some aftermarket parts, the truck was not even washed. There was chemical residue on the windows and it was overall dirty. When I mentioned it to the contact person he said, “we are not a detail shop”. I’m really not picky and I wasn’t expecting a detail level wash, what was given to me was less than adequate. Also discovered today that a custom valve cap on tire that was replaced is missing. Oh and some paint had leaked through the tonneau cover onto truck bed and there was no attempt to clean it.
Anyway, a little more attention to detail and communication would be nice. If cleaning the vehicle is not part of your service then make that clear and include an option to get it done some where and voice that to the customer and the insurance company.
